All orders are despatched via track-able Courier Delivery with the
added security of a Signed for delivery service.

If delivery is attempted while you are out and a card has been left,

Please check with your near neighbours to see if your parcel has been left with them

If your parcel has not been left with a neighbour, you can easily rearrange delivery online.

Please visit www.parcelforce.co.uk and enter the tracking number from your Parcel force despatch notification email.


Delivery Charge for Zone 1 is only £4.95

Zone 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands

The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes that are

IV, HS, KA27 to 28, KW, PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH17 to 26, PH30 to 44, PH49 to 50, ZE.

Delivery charge for Zone 2 is only £9.95

Up to a maximum of 30kg per order




Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes that are

BT, IM, TR21 to 25

Despatch time if paying by Cheque or Postal Order

If you pay by cheque or postal order. If payment is by cheque, goods will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours
of the cheque clearing our account.

If payment is by postal order, goods will be despatched within 48 to72 hours of receipt of the postal order.

All orders will be despatched on these conditions but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery
