Legal Statement
The following terms and conditions apply to all parts of the Hazel Valley Packaging website. Your use of the website and any orders that you make will be governed by these terms and conditions. Please ensure you understand them before proceeding.
Shopping with Hazel Valley Packaging
Products can be purchased from Hazel Valley Packaging by adding the product / products to your shopping cart. When you checkout, you will be offered the option to pay via credit/debit card, Paypal or by postal order.
If you choose to pay be credit/debit card you will be redirected to the Protx or PayPal secure server to make your payment.
If you choose to pay by cheque/postal order, you will be given instructions who to make the cheque payable to and where to send payment. You will also be given an order number which must be written on the back of the cheque
Orders will be confirmed immediately via the e-mail address supplied at time of ordering. It will NOT include card numbers. Receipt of this automatic confirmation does not imply acceptance of the order by Hazel Valley Packaging. Once processed by Hazel Valley Packaging, you will be notified of acceptance of the order. Every care is taken with product images, but we cannot guarantee accurate colour reproduction on your computer.

Published Prices
Prices displayed are in British pounds. All products available on the Hazel Valley Packaging website have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that prices are correct. In the event that a price is incorrect we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Delivery charges will be displayed prior to completion of your order. Please ensure that you review the total order price prior to completing the order to avoid any later confusion.
Every effort is made to ensure that products on the Hazel Valley Packaging website are in stock and can be quickly despatched. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity if we find that we cannot supply an item. In this event, we will offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value. Similarly, we will contact you if we find that an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will advise you of the anticipated delivery time. If the new delivery time is not acceptable, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Our aim is to despatch goods via courier within 72 to 96 hours of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. This means that you should receive your order within one week, usually sooner.
Please note:
If you request that your parcel is to be left in a secure or hidden place (eg greenhouse or over the garden wall ), when it is delivered, this is done at your own risk.
Please note that in line with most businesses we do not post items at the weekend or on bank holidays
The exception is if you pay by cheque or postal order. If payment is by cheque, goods will be despatched within 24-48 hours of the cheque clearing our account. If payment is by postal order, goods will be despatched within 48-72 hours of receipt of the postal order. All orders will be despatched on these conditions but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron. Credit/debit card details for online transactions will be encrypted and held on a secure server. We also accept payment by cheque/postal order and Telephone orders paid via Credit and Debit Cards
Returns Policy
Everyone at Hazel Valley Packaging wants you to be happy with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return your order, you can send it in it's original condition and packaging to:

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since responsibility for the goods remains with you until we have received them. In the unlikely event that goods purchased from us are faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt by us of the faulty item in it's original condition and packaging. In these conditions we will refund the cost of the return postage. Before returning anything to us, please e-mail us to advise us of your intention to return the items.
Wrong Item/s purchased
If you purchase the wrong item/s and want to return the item/s to us we will refund the cost of the item/s less the Postage cost of sending the item/s to you. Returned item/s must be in it's original condition and unused
Use of the Website
Although we make every effort to ensure that the Hazel Valley Packaging website is always available, we cannot guarantee that access will be continual and error free and will not be held responsible for periods when the website is unavailable. Hazel Valley Packaging will not be held responsible for the content and availability of other sites accessed via an external link from the Hazel Valley Packaging website.
Please note that in line with most organisations, rude and abusive emails and messages will not be tolerated and will be reported to your isp.

About our Delivery Charges
We do ship worldwide although due to insurance restrictions we cannot accept orders from USA or Canada.

Additional charges will apply for Southern Ireland, Channel Islands and all other European and Worldwide destinations.

We have an early AM. Courier pick up, all orders placed after courier has collected will be despatched as soon as possible
usually this is within 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed
We will email you again when your item has been despatched, so that you know its on its way
All Deliveries must be signed for!
We send all orders by Courier so you need to choose an address where the goods can be signed for. We also recommend you provide a daytime telephone number that we can pass on to the courier, so they can contact you and make arrangements in case of difficulties with delivery - as if the courier cannot deliver and the goods are returned to us, you will be liable to pay £12.00 for the return charges as well as redelivery cost UK Mainland only. Additional charges will apply for Scottish Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland and all other European and Worldwide destinations.
Once goods are in transit they can only be re-routed at extra cost.
Whilst we realise that you may be inconvenienced if your order does not arrive promptly, once your item has been despatched we are totally dependant on the courier
If your parcel is returned to us as not collected or not deliverable through no fault or error of our own, you will be required to repay the original postage cost to have your parcel resent to you
Other
The laws of England and Wales govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
While we try to make sure that all information we provide within our website is accurate, errors and misprints do occur, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that although we make every effort to ensure that the colour of our items is reproduced as closely as possibly on our photographs, at times the colour may appear darker or lighter according to your browser settings. We suggest that if you are unsure about the colour of the item, that you purchase a sample pack.
Colours and patterns shown in pictures are indicative only. The item will be supplied in colour and pattern according to availability and may differ to that shown.
Please note:
All sizes are approximate to allow for differences in polythene films during manufacture + or - 10%. Please consider this when ordering products if size or gauge is critical. There may also be some shade variation from photo for differences in polythene film or item during manufacture
